If you don’t already have a Drop Box account you should sign up for one now and install it on all your computers, tablets, smartphones or anywhere that you need access to the same documents. It is simply a matter of moving a document into your Drop Box folder and then presto you have securely given yourself access to those documents when ever you need them. Simple!
